Ivy dress
Float through your day in effortless comfyness with this dreamy maxi dress, a piece as enchanting as a walk through a sun-dappled forest. Crafted from naturally dyed block-print cotton, it drapes like leaves in the wind.
The dramatic batwing sleeves bring a touch of bohemian charm, while the high neckline keeps it chic. And let’s talk about that adjustable elastic waist—it hugs you in all the right places (without the struggle). Oh, and did we mention the hidden pockets? Because who doesn’t love a dress that’s both gorgeous and practical?
And for an extra touch of charm, there’s a small pouch attached, perfect for stashing secrets, wildflowers, or just an emergency piece of chocolate.
I wear this dress almost every day!
Disclaimer: the green one with the yellow butterflies is one of my favourite pieces ever made but apparently green, when naturally dyed is very difficult to fix so that it doesn't bleed. So the first few times I wore this wonderfull green I was green! It washed of very easily but I still need you to consider this fact before you buy it. I put my dress in a bucket of cold water with natural vinegar twice for one day and now it doesn't bleed at all anymore while the colour is still just as gorgeous as in the beginning.
Length: suitable from 1.70 m. When you're not this tall you can decide to shorten the dress by yourself or your local tailor.
He or she will be happy with the work and you have a tailormade dress just for you.
Attention; the colours may differ a little from real life but we tried to photograph the colours as best as possible.
Keep in mind that each dress is handmade and may differ in the way patterns are shown in the dress. Also people make mistakes so there are often little irregularities in the blockprints. Please be kind and open minded about this because each piece is therefore unique!
The perfection is in the imperfection!
Because we want your new beautiful dress, skirt or top to stay beautiful we recommend you to wash it cold on wool programme. Do not put it in the dryer but let it dry in the air.
